Cancellation

3.1 In order to cancel any wireless or fibre line, a notice period of one calendar month is required. A calendar month is defined as the period ending at the close of the following month. For example, if you request cancellation on the 10th of this month, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the next month.

 

3.2 If you decide to cancel your line within the first six months of service, you will be responsible for covering the installation costs and returning the router.

 

3.3 Failure to return the router will result in you being liable for the cost of the router.

 

3.4 For assistance with cancellations, please send your cancellation request to accounts@mynetwerk.co.za.

 

3.5 Cancellations can only be processed once the online cancellation link has been submitted. Email or telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

 

Evolution and the Need for Flexibility

4.1 The Internet, as a whole, is undergoing rapid evolution, and MyNetwerk (Pty) Ltd is a new and continually developing platform. MyNetwerk (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time. We will inform you of any changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy by sending an email to your registered email address.
